- Receive, store, and organize inventory
- Maintain accurate stock levels
- Order new products when needed
- Monitor stock levels daily and weekly
- Rotate and change inventory by season or sales

Sales management Set sales quotas and performance goals, Develop strategies to drive sales, Ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively, and Achieve personal sales goals. Staff management
- Recruit, hire, train, and fire staff
- Manage schedules and assign responsibilities
- Develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing

Store operations
- Develop a routine for opening and closing
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Establish security and safety measures
- Create emergency and lock-down strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
