Marketing Intern - Tamil and Telugu
- Location: Bengaluru, India | 5 Days/Week
- Role Type: Internship

**About the Role**:
Are you someone who’s obsessed with solving problems, moves fast, and loves to figure things out? Join us as a **Marketing Intern** and become a key contributor to our high-impact growth initiatives.

This internship is perfect for someone looking to gain deep exposure and practical experience in marketing while working closely with a driven growth team on live projects. You’ll be involved in strategy, execution, experimentation, and learning loops that power real results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work closely with the **Growth and Marketing team** to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive user acquisition and engagement
- Dive deep into user behavior, market research, and competitor intelligence
- Brainstorm, pitch, and execute new marketing experiments
- Help track performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on data
- Support rapid, high-stakes experiments - be it launching a new campaign, trying a creative format, or testing a new channel

**Requirements**:

- Strong **problem-solving mindset** with the ability to break down challenges using **first principles**:

- **Internet-native** and resourceful - you can figure anything out with some digging
- High adaptability and the desire to **learn fast and execute even faster**:

- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindsetAbility to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- ️ **Language Fluency (mandatory)**:
We are hiring **two interns** who are **fluent in Tamil and Telugu** - must be able to **read, write, and speak** either language proficiently.
