Studio Co-ordinator

**Job description**:The Studio Coordinator's role is crucial in maintaining effective production operations while ensuring a positive experience for clients. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills, as well as a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their main point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Foster open lines of communication to understand client needs and expectations, and provide exceptional service throughout their engagement.

**Client Communication**:

- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and provide regular updates on project statuses and invoicing.

**Client Onboarding**:

- Assist new clients in their onboarding process, guiding them through service offerings, processes, and initial setup.
- Provide comprehensive information to ensure a seamless transition into the studio's services.

**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Collaborate with production teams to develop comprehensive production schedules that align with resource availability, capacity, and client demand.
- Support the coordination of production activities to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

**Quality Control**:

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold and maintain production quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify quality issues and initiate corrective actions to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.

**Inventory Management**:

- Assist in managing inventory levels by tracking inbound materials, work-in-progress, and outbound deliveries.
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production and coordinate deliveries to clients.

**Resource Allocation**
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize studio efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely availability of resources required for studio.

**Process Improvement**:

- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment for production staff.

**Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication channels across departments, facilitating seamless coordination throughout the production lifecycle.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and address production-related challenges promptly by collaborating with cross functional teams to find solutions.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare comprehensive production reports, including output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics.
- Present reports to senior management to provide insights into production performance.

**Budgeting**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of production budgets.
- Track expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of production activities, procedures, and implemented changes for future reference and audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Presentable personality.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
