**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, recording equipment, and related hardware at various locations.
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of cameras for optimal coverage.
- Conduct system tests and calibrations to confirm functionality.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure CCTV systems are operating smoothly.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV equipment, including hardware and software problems.
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs.
- Provide technical support to clients and address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Educate clients on the operation of their CCTV systems and best practices for usage.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on system performance and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines during all installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and related hardware.
- Strong understanding of video surveillance technologies, networking, and IP-based systems.
- Experience with various CCTV software platforms and recording systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- High school, Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCTV Technician Certification) preferred.
- Previous experience as a CCTV Technician or in a related field is highly desirable.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
