**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant - Integration Concur

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

SAP FICO - Integration Concur

Experience on
- Concur Integration with SAP S/4HANA
- End-to-end accounts payable and expense posting flow on Employee Vendors
- Functional spec creation
- Using APIs, BAPIs in co-ordination with the Development team
- Interface testing and defect resolution

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for integrating SAP FICO with Concur Expense and Invoice Management modules.
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end integration solutions that align with business processes, data models, and system architectures, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP FICO and Concur.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules to enable integration with Concur, including setting up master data, mapping financial codes, and defining integration points.
- Interface Development: Develop and configure interfaces between SAP FICO and Concur using integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or middleware solutions.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mapping rules and transformation logic to reconcile financial data between SAP FICO and Concur, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct integration testing to validate data exchange between SAP FICO and Concur, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with business requirements.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using integrated SAP FICO and Concur systems, including troubleshooting integration-related issues.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including integration design documents, configuration guides, and test cases, to support implementation and maintenance activities.
- Change Management: Manage change requests and enhancements related to SAP FICO and Concur integration, assessing impact, implementing changes, and ensuring system stability.
- Project Management: Manage integration projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams, to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards in the integration of SAP FICO and Concur systems, implementing necessary controls and safeguards.
