**Production Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the requirements generated by the sales team and prepare production planning
- Conduct team meeting daily with all the department heads to ensure the production process remains seamless
- Inventory maintenance and keep in track of available raw materials to ensure timely submission of requirement to the purchase department
- Ensure all the assets are used efficiently and cost effectively so that there is minimum wastage of raw material.
- Ensure that the monthly stock statement and raw material consumption sheet is submitted to the accounts department timely.
- Enforce safety policies in the production unit to ensure the safety of employees and decrease the chances of employee injuries at work.
- Perform quality tests for the finished products, to avoid any chances of error
- Evaluating the need of automation at any step of production process and raising the requirement to the management
- Forecasting the needs of new recruits an any process of production unit
- Keeping the check on the overall administrative processes involved in the seamless operations at the production unit.
- Motivate employees through proper training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree

Salary

₹ 14500 - ₹15,000 a month

Job Type : Full-time
