Job Title: Medical Officer (Hospital)

**Job Summary**: The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, and delivering effective treatment plans. This role involves working closely with medical staff, maintaining patient records, and adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across various departments.
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document patient progress and medical history.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the medical council.
- 2-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹21,830.39 - ₹81,562.82 per month
