Description

1 User Story; standardizing how PECO and BGE manage their AMI Head-End P1 incidents. Scope involves implementing the same process ComEd and PHI implemented that outlines how 3rd party communicates with Exelon ITOC to notify them of a critical issue, etc. and engaging the IT and BU teams in the process. Using ADO and managing the convergence activities within Sprints.

Additionally, under this SOW, support LRP 2.0 activities as requested

Must Have Skills
- Meeting facilitation, developing detailed agendas and able to publish meaningful meeting notes
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills ; solid leader
- Organized and detail oriented and flexible
- Able to handle multiple projects and activities daily while navigating a full meeting schedule
- Understand ExelonNow RAID log (risks/issues/defects, risks/decisions/actions); Sally to handle Status Reports/Forecasting/Financials Proficient in MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, Teams, etc.
- Foundational knowledge in OCCM, process development, convergence activities to align multiple Opco operational processes
- Able to navigate difficult conversations during meetings and temper frustrations when discussions get heated
- Work with 3rd party vendor, keep them accountable
- Familiarity working with various OpCos and existing relationships with IT and BU stakeholders a plus
