**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team. This is a **part-time and flexible role (4-5 hours per day)** ideal for professionals or creative individuals looking to grow in the advertising industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creatives for newspaper ads, hoardings, flyers, and digital campaigns
- Create engaging social media posts, reels visuals, and promotional content
- Work closely with the marketing and client servicing team to develop campaign materials
- Adapt existing designs to various media formats (print, digital, outdoor)
- Contribute fresh design ideas and visual concepts for brand promotions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience or portfolio of previous design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Canva).
- Good command of **English and Hindi** (spoken and written).
- Must know **Hindi typing** for local ad content creation.
- Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of social media marketing visuals.
- Experience in advertising agency setups.
- Photography or video-editing skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Flexible timing, approx. 4-5 hours per day.
- Hybrid work flexibility may be considered accordingly.
