**Position: Accounting Supervisor**

We are currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor. The position is based in Dehra Dun and working in the **US Eastern Time Shift (IST - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am)**

**Roles and Responsibilities - Accounting Supervisor**
- Experience with general ledger functions. Overseeing daily transactions - accounts payable., accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Preparing budget reports
- Understanding and Preparation of Reports and MIS
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
- Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets
- Ensure Statutory Compliances
- Data Analytical Skills
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Data entry in the accounting system
- Payroll Processing
- Processing and Accounting of expenses, purchases, cash and bank vouchers.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

**Skills Required - Accounting Supervisor**
- Excellent Communication Skills in English both written and verbal.
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
- Hands on experience with accounting software / ERP
- Strong and Advance computer skills, MS Office and MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills
- Ability to prioritize work

**Educational Qualification**: CA Inter **OR** ICWA Inter **OR** any other relevant degree with relevant experience (relevant experience is a **MUST**)

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor preferably with a US Client
