**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Counter Sales Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide detailed information about products (features, pricing, availability, etc.).
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive counter/display area.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Follow up with customers on queries, special orders, or complaints.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
