**Job Role: Pediatric Physiotherapist**

**Role Overview**:
As a Pediatric Physiotherapist and Center Manager specializing in autism care, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the autism care centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Assessment and Treatment**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with autism to identify physical and developmental challenges.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans to address motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration difficulties.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve functional abilities and promote independence in daily activities.
- **Collaborative Care**:

- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behaviour analysts, to ensure holistic care for each child.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education and guidance on home exercises and strategies to support the child's progress.
- **Program Development**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of specialized physiotherapy programs tailored to the unique needs of children with autism.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy and integrate findings into the centre's programs.
- **Supervision and Training**:

- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapists and support staff within the center.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding of autism and improve therapeutic approaches.
- **Administrative Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the autism care centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of services to optimize the use of available resources.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote early intervention and support for children with autism.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Generate reports for internal use and external stakeholders, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Physiotherapy with specialisation in Pediatric Physiotherapy.
- Relevant certifications in autism care or related fields.
- State licensure or certification as a physiotherapist.
- Previous experience working with children with autism.

This combined role requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can seamlessly transition between clinical care and administrative duties, contributing to the overall success of the autism care centre.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
