As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage potential clients with a clear and compelling communication style.
- Provide detailed information about our real estate offerings and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up with leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support the closure of deals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident phone presence.
- Ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling tools.
- High level of motivation, with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Fluent in [Language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi].
