Motor Winder

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Wind electric motors according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform repairs on diesel engines, generators, and various automotive equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repair tasks.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in welding, soldering, and mechanical knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Previous dealership or service technician experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of schematics related to electrical systems.
- Experience with diesel engine repair, automotive repair, and equipment repair is essential.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and performing vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting as part of job duties.
