**Experience**: 2-5 Years in Relevant department of Pre Treatment & Paint Shop

**Based at**:Pithampur

**Industry**:Sheet Metal Manufacturing

**Qualification**:Diploma in Paint Technology / Graduate

**Job Role / Purpose**:To manage Schedule with Quality of Painting / Powder coating **Key Technical Skills**:Production, Team Handling, IATF, Process Planning.

**Other Skills**:Good Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill, Employees Relations Exposure

**Responsibilities**
- Instrumental Knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO, IATF 16949 Audit and deliverables.
- Experience in managing paint shops (Liquid painting, Powder coating & Pre Treatment)
- Lab testing knowledge
- Composition knowledge
- Knowledge of SOP, Standard, Procedure, Work Instruction, Master Sample & Process Sequence
- Knowledge of Paint Defects
- Monthly planning of Production
- Good communication skills and Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Plant and Supply chain etc.
- Monthly/Weekly work review with Team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
