IT Recruiter

**Required Skills**:

- Graduate/post-graduate IT Recruiter with 1-3 years’ experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Hands on experience of entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be passionate towards work and willing to walk the extra mile to setup a recruiting team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing, Searching, conduct initial screenings, reference checks, coordinate interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
- Experienced in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Work with the recruiting partners to coordinate, track & close the additional requirements shared with them.
- Handling the entire recruitment process from end-to-end.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
