**Primary role**:
As a Security Architect with expertise in architecting secure platforms within the IT industry, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust security solutions that align with compliance regulations and industry best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our fintech platform, safeguarding sensitive financial data and transactions.
This position requires a deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**What you'll do**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand security requirements and integrate security measures into the platform's architecture.
- Design and implement end-to-end security solutions that align with industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct risk assessments and threat modelling to identify potential vulnerabilities and security risks within the platform.
- Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, including design principles, threat models, and security control matrices.
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of security technologies and tools, ensuring they meet the organization's security requirements.
- Collaborate with the incident response team to develop incident response plans and participate in security incident investigations when necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams in secure coding practices and secure development lifecycles.
- Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure the platform adheres to relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
- Participate in security audits and assessments, addressing findings and ensuring remediation actions are implemented.

**Basic qualifications**:

- 10 - 15 years as a Security Architect or a similar role in IT industry preferably BFSI.
- Any bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field).
- Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and standards, including cryptography, secure authentication, and access control.
- In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and frameworks such as PCI DSS, GDPR,

ISO 27001, and others relevant to the fintech sector.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability scanning.
- Familiarity with cloud security architecture and best practices, preferably with

AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and methodologies, including secure coding and OWASP Top Ten.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non
- technical stakeholders.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSK) are a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹800,000.00 per year
