**Designation: CNC Machine Maintenance Technician**

**Location**: Taloja, Navi Mumbai
**Industry**: Manufacturing - Pipe Fittings / Engineering Components
**Experience Required**: 3 to 5 years
**Qualification**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Perform **preventive and breakdown maintenance** of CNC machines (Turning, VMC, Lathe).
- Troubleshoot and repair **mechanical, electrical, and control system issues**.
- Conduct **daily checks** for lubrication, coolant levels, spindle performance, etc.
- Replace or repair components like **ball screws, bearings, belts, and sensors**.
- Calibrate machine axes, tool changers, and work offsets as per quality requirements.
- Maintain logs of maintenance work, spare parts used, and downtime reports.
- Coordinate with production team to **minimize machine downtime**.
- Inspect pneumatic and hydraulic systems connected to machines.
- Follow proper **safety protocols and ISO documentation** requirements.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of **CNC Turning & VMC Machines**:

- Familiar with **Fanuc / Siemens controllers**:

- Hands-on experience in mechanical fitting & wiring
- Preventive Maintenance Planning & Reporting
- Troubleshooting skills with **root cause analysis approach**

**Preferred Background**:

- Exposure to CNC machines used in **pipe fittings / valves / precision parts**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
