We are seeking a nurturing and patient Preschool Teacher to guide our students in their earliest stages of education. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for preparing young children for kindergarten by teaching them social and practical skills.
- Education Qualification: Graduate + MTT + NTT / D.Ed.
- Experience: 2 Years of Teaching Experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month (Max)

Work Location: In Person

**Responsibilities**:

- Employing a variety of educational techniques (such as storytelling, educational play, and media) to teach children.
- Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
- Encouraging children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments.
- Guiding children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, and engaging in crafts).
- Organizing nap and snack hours and supervising children to ensure their safety at all times.
- Tracking children’s progress and reporting to parents.
- Regularly communicating with parents to understand the children’s background and psyche.
- Collaborating with other educators.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher.
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to act as a mediator between children.
- Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable.
- Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen.
- Montessori Trained / Bachelor / Masters / D.ED /

Pay: Up to ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
