**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality IELTS preparation classes to students at varying proficiency levels.
- Plan and structure lessons to meet students’ individual learning goals and the official IELTS band score criteria.
- Provide regular practice tests, assignments, and feedback to track student progress.
- Conduct one-on-one speaking practice sessions and give personalized feedback.
- Teach test-taking strategies and skills specific to the IELTS exam.
- Maintain student attendance and progress records accurately.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement of teaching materials.
- Stay up to date with changes to the IELTS test format and scoring system.
- Support students with exam registration processes if needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- IELTS Teaching Certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English as a Second Language (ESL/EFL).
- Familiarity with the IELTS test format and scoring criteria (Band Descriptors).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in both physical and virtual classrooms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
