**Internship Coordinator (Accounting and Taxation Educational Institution)**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internship Coordinator to join our accounting and taxation educational institution. As the Internship Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical experience for our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tax agencies to secure internship for our students.
- Provide guidance and support to students during their internship search process, helping them make informed decisions based on their interests and skills.
- Coordinate with employers and students to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful internship placements.
- Monitor students' progress during their internships, offering assistance and mentorship as needed.
- Conduct periodic evaluations with interns and employers to assess the effectiveness of the internship program and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize networking events, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' professional development and industry knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the accounting and taxation fields to provide relevant advice and guidance to students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, employers, and faculty.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple internship placements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation industry practices and trends.
- Previous experience in internship coordination, career services, or related roles is a plus.
- A passion for mentoring and guiding students towards successful career paths.
