**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports** as per the organization's requirements.
- Utilize **Advanced Excel** functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Validation for data analysis.
- Maintain **data accuracy and integrity** by conducting regular audits and validations.
- Assist in **data management and reporting**, ensuring timely availability of reports.
- Develop and improve **dashboards and data visualization** for business insights.
- Support business teams with **data extraction, analysis, and interpretation**.
- Work with **MS Access** (if applicable) to manage and retrieve data effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **data discrepancies** and reporting issues.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
- Knowledge of **MS Access** will be an added advantage.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Ability to **ensure data accuracy** and maintain large datasets effectively.
- **Basic communication skills** to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Applications / Any relevant field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in **MIS reporting / Data Analysis**.
- Experience in **Power BI / SQL / Tableau** will be a plus.
