Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our brand's objectives and target audience.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our online store.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and optimize content for search engines.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the social media team to create and promote content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Identify and manage relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to expand reach and visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the D2C sector.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Proven experience in increasing organic traffic and conversions through digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrens, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus.

To Apply:
Pay: ₹15,238.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
