### Position: Project Estimator - Civil and Horticulture

### Salary: Commensurate with Experience and Skills

### Job Summary:
### Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and horticulture projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project scope and requirements.
- Utilize government schedule of rates and other relevant data to ensure accurate cost estimation.
- Conduct site visits to gather information for estimates when necessary.
- Review and update cost estimates based on changes in project scope, materials, or labor.
- Participate in bid preparation and submission processes.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing cost analysis.
- Ensure estimates are in compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on estimated vs. actual project costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cost fluctuations, and advancements in estimation methodologies.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project estimation within the civil and horticulture sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of government schedule of rates and industry standards.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

### Preferred Skills:

- Certification in project estimation or related fields.
- Experience with large-scale civil and horticulture projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
