Legal Advisor

**Job Responsibilities - Legal Advisor (Manufacturing Industry)**
- Provide legal support and advice on labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance matters.
- Handle and resolve union disputes, employee grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are compliant with all relevant labor regulations.
- Represent the company in labor court cases, negotiations, and settlements.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Advise management on minimizing legal risks and maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels when necessary for complex matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
