- **Visual Storytelling**: Craft engaging narratives through visual elements, combining footage, graphics, music, and effects to effectively communicate the Trust's message and vision.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work with the communications team to conceptualize, script, and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, events, and awareness programs.
- **Post-Production**: Handle all aspects of video editing including color correction, audio editing, transitions, and special effects.
- **Content Repurposing**: Re-edit longer videos into short clips for social media and other platforms, ensuring content is optimized for different audiences.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all video content aligns with the Narayan Seva Trust’s branding guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel.
- **Innovation & Creativity**: Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and social media content to bring fresh ideas to projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects (experience in the non-profit sector is a plus).
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Ability to create motion graphics, animations, and infographics is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills to create emotionally impactful content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience in working with various video formats and optimizing content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of audio mixing, color grading, and visual effects.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
