**Responsibilities**:
1. Development and Production Support for Citi Reporting platforms based on WebSphere Middleware Application L3 Support and having experience in ECS Migration, Solace Message Tool Migration & have experience in DEVOps L3 Support.

2. Work closely with Prod Support Engineer and help troubleshooting of SQL based joins/queries.

3. Part of the Development / DevOps teams and work on Oracle SQL meta-data Code related new development and maintenance.

4. Collaborating with multiple teams as part of the SDLC process.

5. Ensure to follow diligently the Citi processes and follow the Critical timelines based on the Release calendar

**Required Skills**:
1. Advanced Oracle Sql skills and troubleshooting expertise

2. Support project experience. ITIL and Production issues (ServiceNow) based resolution experience

3. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Collaborating with different teams/different timezones
