Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Domlur Bangaluru

Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our company's brand and marketing goals. You will work closely with the creative design team to produce high-quality graphics for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and more. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and driving our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
**Conceptualize and Design**: Create visually compelling designs, including but not limited to logos, banners, illustrations, infographics, web graphics, brochures, and other marketing materials.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their objectives.

**Adobe Creative Suite**: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to execute and refine designs.

**Image Editing**: Manipulate and enhance images for use in marketing materials.

**File Management**: Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, ensuring easy access and version control.

**Feedback and Revisions**: Be receptive to feedback and make necessary revisions to designs as per project requirements.

**Deadlines**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

**Stay Updated**: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to maintain a high level of proficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
