Legal & Liaisoning Exceutive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title
- Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including contracts and wills.
- Advising clients and explaining complex legal matters.
- Attending court to assist solicitors and barristers with the presentation of their case
- Preparation of documents and completion of all settlements pertaining to Commercial & Residential
- Preparation of documentation.
- Liaising with Clients banks and solicitors regarding settlements.
- Commercial Leasing - including the drafting of Deeds of Leases
- Estate administration including drafting Wills, preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and management of investments for estates.
- Any other tasks as delegated from time to time by the Commercial Partners.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Proven ability to prepare well written legal Documentation
- Good communications skills
- Good organizational skills
- Calm and reliable under pressure

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
