**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle the logistics of product samples, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Track and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, inquiries, and issues.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate information for follow-ups and promotions.
- Assist in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with customers.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Liaise with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production departments to ensure timely product delivery.
- Work with finance to ensure proper invoicing and payment collection.
- **Event and Promotion Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Manage event logistics, including travel arrangements, venue bookings, and material shipments.
- Follow up on leads generated from events and promotions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and update sales documentation, contracts, and other records.
- Assist with the onboarding of new sales team members.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
