1. Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of Secondary students

2. Good command over the language.

3- Developing and updating learning modules and materials for better understanding of concepts.

4- Develop students' verbal skills, including reading out loud, discussion and debate

5- Develop students' writing skills

6- To identify challenging students across classes & devise remedial sessions for them

7- Assessing the students' progress (e.g. homework, exam grades, etc.)

8- Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff.

9- Organizing and actively participating in extracurricular activities of school.

10- Accountable to all official duties and responsibilities

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
