**Job Role: Physics Teacher (8-12)**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- B.Sc in Physics
- B.ed
- MS/M.Sc in Physics (preferred)

**Overall Responsibilities**:
As a Physics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities include:

- Encouraging regular attendance and active participation among students.
- Planning and delivering well-structured, clearly presented lessons tailored to the abilities of all students and aligned with the curriculum.
- Utilizing Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) to enhance learning experiences and incorporating activities to make lessons engaging.
- Instilling enthusiasm for science/physics and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Assessing, recording, and monitoring student progress in accordance with faculty guidelines, offering accurate information to parents as needed.
- Maintaining materials and resources required for effective teaching.
- Actively participating in staff meetings and training sessions.

**Personal skills & qualities**:

- Strong content knowledge in high school physics.
- Experience teaching physics to high school students is preferred
- **Ability to teach in both Hindi and English is a must.**:

- High level of professionalism and consideration for the well-being of children.
- Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities.
- Respect for all members of the school community, regardless of position, gender, age, or ethnic background.
- Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
