Immigration Caseworker

Key Responsibilities:
Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate applicants' eligibility based on immigration regulations, policies, and criteria. Verify supporting documents, conduct background checks, and assess applicants' qualifications, employment history, financial status, and other relevant factors.

Documentation and Data Management: Maintain comprehensive and organized applicant records and databases. Enter relevant data accurately and ensure documents are properly filed and archived.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures (preferred)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of multiple languages may be an asset.
- Experience in immigration or related fields is preferred but not always required.
