**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:
Create eye-catching graphics, including but not limited to web banners, social media visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency in all visual assets produced.

**Video Editing**:
Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging and informative videos.

Add animations, transitions, and special effects to enhance video quality.

Incorporate music, voiceovers, and sound effects where necessary.

Collaborate with content creators to bring their ideas to life through video.

**Multimedia Production**:
Balance workload between graphic design and video editing tasks efficiently.

Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access and reuse.

Stay updated with industry trends and software tools to improve design and editing skills.

**Quality Control**:
Review and proofread designs and videos for accuracy, quality, and adherence to branding guidelines.

Make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members or clients.

**Project Management**:
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

**Software Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing tools.

**Creativity**: Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.

**Team Player**: Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work.

**Deadline-Oriented**: Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

**Salary**: ₹2.50 per year
