**Car Mechanic and Tyre Technician**

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect tyres for wear and damage; recommend suitable replacements or repairs.
- Mount, balance, and install new tyres accurately.
- Carry out wheel alignments using alignment machines.
- Repair punctured tyres, fix valves, and perform tyre rotation.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly.
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, brake inspections, battery replacements, and general servicing.

**Requirements**:

- Saturday and Sunday is working as busy days for car wheel alignment and servicing.
- Proven experience as a car mechanic and/or tyre technician (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and vehicle repair.
- Familiarity with tyre fitting machines, balancing equipment, and alignment tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy tyres and parts when required.
- Diploma/ITI certification in Automotive Technology or relevant field preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati; basic English understanding is a plus.
