Responsible for taking over of new properties from the Projects along with relevant documents.
- Preparation of Snags / Observations on all related issues
- Follow up on the snags lists with PEPL for completion and delays if any escalated to Head Civil
- Ensuring that all related documents and records of common area services are maintained
- Working with internal departments, respective vendors and service providers to ensure that the maintenance activities are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Assist Property Managers in handing over of properties to clients (Residential) & ensuring that the clients have a smooth entry into the property.
- Assist Property Managers in resolving the snags and issues raised by the client and liaising with the relevant department
- Coordination with statutory / regulatory authorities including civic authorities and other local authorities.
- Monitor the execution of planned maintenance activities at the properties
- Monitor the building insurance activity and ensure collection / distribution of policies to all properties
- Ensure proper documentation done with service providers
- Monitor and ensure compliance to EHS requirements
- Carry out the duties as assigned by the Head Civil
