**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for a creative person to join our team as a 3D Character Animator who can work on exciting and practical projects in the field of movies and gaming and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines. You should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player. You should be creative and artistic with a strong working knowledge of color, texture, and light as well as industry-standard software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Using 3D modelling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
- Animating Realistic, Hard surface and stylized Characters and Creatures for Realtime projects (Inc. Facial animation)
- Animating Vehicles and Props
- Cleaning up Mocap Animations
- Close collaboration with the Rigging team
- Previz, Layout and Camera work as needed
- Deliver high-craft, conceptually strong illustrations, iconography, and animation across disciplines that strengthen the holistic experience.
- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualising creative ideas.
- Creating storyboards to visualise scenes and create a realistic environment for games, and other visual effects.
- Creating 3D sculpts and assets to meet artistic standards.
- Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a 3D Motion / 3D Graphic Designer
- A solid grasp of the principles of body movement, anticipation, overshoot, follow-through, squash and stretch, forward/inverse kinematics, and other facets of both 2D and 3D animation.
- A thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the processes
- User Level Understanding of Motion builder.
- Experience in facial animation/ Full Body dynamics for realistic characters and creatures is a must.
- A portfolio of work that showcases your skillset in visual/motion design, ability to adapt to different styles, and an affinity for taking complex concepts and making them clear and relatable
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects. - Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including Blender, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp & Maya.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.
- Experience in related position from Gaming or Sports Industry would be preferred
