**Qualifications**:

- Graduation any stream.
- Car Technical Knowledge & process.
- Diploma in Automobile,Mechanical Industry or ITI Diploma.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of service processes and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
