**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop innovative AI/Gen-AI solutions tailored to various industry verticals, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Energy & Utilities (EnU), Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs, translating them into scalable AI architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, from conception through deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices and Org. standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance and scalability.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish guidelines for data governance, model management, and deployment strategies to ensure compliance and ethical use of AI.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Present technical solutions and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.

**Must Have Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/Gen -AI architecture or a related role, with a strong focus on solution design and implementation.
- Proven experience building AI/Gen-AI solutions across multiple verticals, specifically BFSI, EnU, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services to deploy scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Good to Have Skills**
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and data engineering practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in AI projects.
- Experience in implementing AI governance frameworks and ethical AI practices.
- Previous experience in a consulting role or working with clients to deliver AI solutions.
- Advanced certifications in AI or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Certified Machine Learning, AWS ML Engineer).
