Primary Responsibility**:Foundry Experience Must**

1. Ensuring marking the different cores as per target, by using different types of sand

2. Ensuring sand mixing as per work instructions

3. Ensuring calibration of mixer as per work instruction

4. Ensuring viscosity of coating

5. Ensuring core making parameters as per work instruction manual

6. Ensuring core rejection as per budget ted targets

7. Ensuring core quality ( free from rough surface, damage etc)

8. Ensuring part core assembly as per templates

9. Ensuring all the templates placed in shadow board

10. Ensuring production of quality cores without any defects.

11. Ensuring providing proper vent holes, reinforcement etc.

12. Ensuring maintenance of core boxes

13. Ensuring repair of core boxes.

14. Ensuring coating & baking of cores.

15. Ensuring maintenance of ovens

16. Ensuring rectification of Customer complaint’s

17. Ensure IATF/TS implementation & practicing

18. Ensure discipline and reduction overtime rate and absenteeism

19. Ensure safety and PPE's for each employee

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
