- **Property Information**:Providing detailed information about real estate properties and services.
- **Client Communication**:Answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining contact with prospects through follow-up calls.
- **Appointment Setting**:Arranging site visits and appointments for the Sales Executives to meet with potential buyers.
- **Database Management**:Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:Working closely with field sales agents and the marketing team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Executive
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients throughout the property transaction process.
- **Sales Process Management**:Guiding clients from the initial lead through the entire sales process to a successful close.
- **Property Expertise**:Providing expert advice on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:Conducting negotiations and managing transactions to achieve successful sales.
- **Site Visits & Presentations**:Coordinating and conducting property viewings, and developing persuasive sales presentations.
- **Market Research**:Staying updated on industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor activities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
