**Responsibilities**:
**Identify New Business Opportunities**:

- Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies to establish a robust pipeline.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, proposing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services/products and client satisfaction.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for revenue growth and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

**Market Expansion and Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development of strategic plans to expand market share and increase company profitability.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
