**Job description**

All Land Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Training Specialist. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely. As an Online Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our Students.

**Responsibilities**

Develop and deliver engaging online training sessions to Students, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training programs' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to participants to enhance their learning experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online training methodologies to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge programs.

**Qualifications**

Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in delivering online training sessions or webinars.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficient in using virtual training platforms and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
