Job Synopsis

RSM’s National Healthcare Consulting practice is searching for a Healthcare Regulatory Experienced Associate who will provide healthcare regulatory and reimbursement consulting services to clients, potential clients and centers of influence. RSM’s Healthcare Regulatory recovery services are designed to identify high-impact Medicare cost report-related opportunities, including Medicare Critical Access Hospitals, PPS hospitals disproportionate share, bad debts, wage index and other related issues.

As a member of the National Healthcare Consulting practice, you will join professionals with a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry including financial analysis and revenue performance management, regulatory reporting and compliance, and healthcare technology. You will be part of a collaborative consulting team to deliver exceptional client service to meet our client's objectives.

The Healthcare Regulatory Experienced Associate will also understand the consulting cycle process within the healthcare industry. As a contributor he/she will support the building of a world class healthcare practice through listening to client needs, proposal development and presentation of solutions.

Minimum Entry Requirements
- B. Tech/B.E or Equivalent degree
- Minimum relevant total experience should be 3.5-5 years Mandatory Skills: Qlik Products/Tableau/PowerBI, Alteryx or any other ETL tool.
- Preferred Skills: Minimum one year of experience in any Automation Tool like Uipath, Automation Anywhere etc.
- Experience with relational databases, query tools, data blending
- Experience developing visualizations in Qlik, Tableau or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Python is preferable.
- In depth knowledge of data design, data model development
- Experience integrating disparate data sources to build complex data models and visualizations.

Position Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements to design clear, effective visualizations.
- Develop ETL processes, workflows and automated reporting solutions to support client projects.
- Design, develop and support dashboards that enable data driven decision.
- Identify, design and develop process automation where applicable in existing/new business processes.
- Responsible for working with large data sets typically from multiple, disparate data sources.
- Analyze data for completeness, identify data gaps and troubleshoot data integrity issues.
- Work closely with project owners to mine relevant data.
- Support data mining and acquisition for Data analytics
- Promoting cross-LOB consistency and adoption of best practices

Key Skills to Accelerate Career
- Ability to process, manipulate large data sets.
- Strong knowledge of ad-hoc data discovery, exploratory analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare/ claims data, understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies is preferred.
- Client focused with strong customer service skills (e.g., oral and written communication skills)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
