**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as the primary _point of contact with suppliers and vendors_
- _Research and identify potential suppliers_ for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products
- _Collect and compare quotations to_ evaluate pricing and terms
- _Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery_ schedules with vendors
- Maintain _supplier databases and records _of pricing, contracts, and correspondence
- Prepare _daily reports, track procurement status, and update_ internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with market needs and company goals

**TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Strong **verbal and written communication** skills
- Excellent **negotiation and persuasion** abilities
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**
- Ability to **multitask and prioritize** in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic knowledge of procurement or supply chain process is a plus

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
