Measurement: Response time to comments and messages, sentiment analysis, resolution rate of customer issues.

Analytics and Reporting

KRA: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

Measurement: Monthly reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI from social media campaigns.

Brand Awareness and Reputation Management

KRA: Enhance brand presence and manage online reputation.

Measurement: Increase in brand mentions, positive sentiment ratio, reduction in negative feedback.

Campaign Management

KRA: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns.

Measurement: Click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaboration and Coordination

KRA: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) and external partners (influencers, agencies) to amplify social media efforts.

Measurement: Number of collaborative campaigns, increase in collaborative engagement metrics, partner satisfaction.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation

KRA: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, and recommend innovative approaches.

Measurement: Implementation of new tools or strategies, staying ahead of trends, percentage increase in engagement or reach from new initiatives.

Develop a monthly content calendar with at least 20 posts across all platforms.

Respond to 90% of comments and messages within 24 hours.
