**Job Summary**: We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. As a AutoCAD Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed fire protection system drawings using AutoCAD software. Your expertise in fire safety standards and proficiency in AutoCAD will contribute to the successful implementation of fire protection projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed and precise fire protection system drawings, including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems, using AutoCAD software.
- Interpret and convert design concepts, specifications, and calculations provided by fire protection engineers and designers into technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers to address any design or technical issues.
- Revise and update drawings based on project changes, client feedback, or system modifications.
- Generate accurate material take-offs and assist in preparing project documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fire protection systems and AutoCAD tools.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or certification in drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong command of drafting techniques.
- 1 year of experience as a Draftsman or a similar role. (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and fire suppression systems. (preferred)
- Familiarity with fire safety codes and regulations, such as NFPA and local building codes. (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
