**Job Responsibilities for IELTS/PTE Trainer**

**1. Instruction and Curriculum Development**
- **Deliver high-quality instruction** on all sections of the IELTS and PTE exams, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- **Develop customized lesson plans** and training materials tailored to students' unique needs, focusing on strategies to improve exam performance.
- **Stay updated with exam format changes** and adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods accordingly to align with the latest test structures and requirements.

**2. Student Assessment and Feedback**
- **Conduct diagnostic assessments** to determine each student's proficiency level and identify areas for improvement.
- **Monitor student progress** through regular practice tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to help them reach their target scores.
- **Provide constructive, personalized feedback** on student performance, with actionable advice for improvement, especially in Speaking and Writing tasks.

**3. Strategy and Exam Techniques**
- **Teach effective test-taking strategies** and time-management skills tailored to both IELTS and PTE formats.
- **Instruct students on scoring criteria** and what examiners look for, particularly in the Speaking and Writing sections.
- **Guide students in skill-building exercises** to enhance vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, coherence, and cohesion, essential for achieving high scores.

**4. Mock Tests and Simulated Practice**
- **Conduct regular mock exams** to simulate real test conditions and help students manage exam anxiety.
- **Evaluate and score mock tests** based on IELTS and PTE standards, providing detailed feedback for each section.
- **Identify and work on test anxiety** or other psychological barriers that might impact student performance.

**5. Individualized Student Support and Counseling**
- **Provide one-on-one coaching** to address specific challenges or goals, ensuring personalized support for each student.
- **Mentor and motivate students** to build their confidence and overcome setbacks, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- **Offer additional resources** (e.g., recommended reading, vocabulary lists, practice software) to reinforce learning outside of the classroom.

**6. Record Keeping and Progress Reporting**
- **Maintain detailed records** of each student's progress, attendance, and feedback to provide consistent support and updates to the program director or parents, if required.
- **Prepare progress reports** for each student, outlining strengths, weaknesses, and recommended next steps.

**7. Professional Development**
- **Participate in ongoing training** to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in IELTS and PTE training.
- **Engage in professional collaboration** with other trainers to share insights, strategies, and materials for continuous improvement of teaching methods.

**8. Administrative and Logistical Support**
- **Organize and manage course schedules,** ensuring timely completion of syllabus and sufficient practice time for each module.
- **Provide clear guidance on exam registration procedures,** test dates, and required documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
