**Working Hours**:

- Weekdays: 1 hour/day
- Weekends: 2 hours/day

**Duration**: 30 to 40 hours total (syllabus-based)

This role involves delivering online training sessions aligned with our standardized syllabus, typically completed over 30-40 hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver live online Sprinklr training sessions (1 hour on weekdays, 2 hours on weekends)
- Follow the provided training syllabus and adapt teaching methods based on learner needs
- Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and real-world use cases
- Address learner queries and provide practical guidance
- Track learner progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Sprinklr with hands-on experience
- Prior training or teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct virtual sessions
- Self-motivated, punctual, and professional
