**Job Summary**

We're looking for a talented and driven individual who can seamlessly blend digital marketing expertise with hands-on web development skills. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable optimizing campaigns across digital channels and updating or building high-performing websites.

**Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing (60%)**
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
- Analyse performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare reports
- Create and manage social media content calendars and engagement strategies
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies

**Web Development (40%)**
- Maintain and update company websites (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS)
- Implement landing pages, forms, and tracking pixels to support marketing initiatives
- Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience (UX/UI)
- Manage technical SEO aspects like schema markup, sitemaps, redirects, etc.
- Troubleshoot bugs, perform plugin/theme updates, and implement design changes as needed

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have Skills**:
1 years of experience in digital marketing and website management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing funnels
- Experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript or PHP
- Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Familiarity with Shopify, Web flow, or Squarespace
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
- Basic understanding of API integrations

**Soft Skills**
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
